The project involves the replacement of the bridge carrying 0 Street (CR 248) over Palmetto Creek under GDOT’s Low Impact Bridge Program (LIBP) in Harris County (Attachment 1). The existing bridge is structurally deficient and will be replaced. Design plans for the new project were not yet available at the time of the archaeological survey. Existing right-of-way (ROW) measures 60 feet No temporary roadways or bridges are proposed for the project.
