On behalf of Cellco Partnership and its controlled affiliates doing business as Verizon Wireless (Verizon Wireless), Terracon Consultants, Inc. (Terracon) conducted a Cultural Resource Survey (CRS) for the proposed Harris telecommunications site located in Duluth, Georgia. The survey was performed on February 6, 2014 and failed to record any historic properties within the areas of potential effects (APE) direct effects. One historic resource is located within the visual effects APE; however, this resource will be screened from proposed tower and the tower will have no effect on historic properties. Therefore, no further work is warranted at this time.
