Environmental Corporation of America’s (ECA) client, Crown Castle USA, Inc. is proposing to collocate 12 additional antennas on their existing 199-foot (overall height) monopole telecommunications structure, as well as expanding the fenced compound an additional 17-feet by 40-feet (5 meters by 12 meters) to accommodate additional ground-level equipment. The collocation would occur at a centerline height of 155 feet, as described in the following FCC Form 621, Collocation (CO) Submission Packet. There would be no tower height extension. ECA has identified and evaluated Historic Properties, if any, within the Area of Potential Effect (APE) for visual and direct effects as directed in Section VI.D.1 and 2 of the Nationwide Programmatic Agreement, effective on March 7, 2005. We have found no properties listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) within either APE.
