The proposed work will take place along a 3.97 mile section of State Route (SR) 5 Business (BU) in Cherokee County beginning at the intersection of Killian Road to the intersection of Interstate (I-) 575 (Figure 1). The proposed work consists of milling, patching, resurfacing, striping, raised pavement markers, and curb cuts. The project will take place within existing Right-of-Way (ROW), which varies throughout. The limits of construction will be 5 feet from the edge of pavement.
