Environmental Corporation of America (ECA) has completed Section 106 Review Documentation, FCC Form 620, for our client, Georgia Power Company, concerning a proposed communications structure located off of Power Plant Road, near Jackson, Butts County, Georgia. The APE for Direct Effects for this proposed communications facility includes a proposed 8-foot by 12-foot (2-meter by 4-meter) monopole site area with the center located at approximately N33° 19' 15.9" W83° 50 ' 35.6" (UTM: Zone 17 235321E 3690493N) and would contain a 163- foot (overall height) monopole communications structure and would be located within an existing gravel-covered substation.
