The proposed project extends approximately .7 miles along Moreno Street to the intersection with Wilson Avenue and continues along Wilson Avenue for approximately .1 miles to a point 240-ft south of East Main Street. The project is located completely within the City of Buford. This project will construct new pedestrian and bicycle facilities along the length of the project. The project will consist of brick paver sidewalks, concrete curb and gutter, bikes lanes, and improvement of existing street crossings and pedestrian crosswalks. The improvements will also consist of pedestrian lighting, street furniture, and street landscaping along the corridor. The City of Buford has plans to relocate all overhead utilities underground, prior to construction of this project.
