In compliance with the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 the following projects in District 5 have been surveyed with respect to archaeological resources, especially those which may be eligible for inclusion to the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP):

BRZLB-2766(1), Candler-Bulloch Counties
BRZLB-043(1), Candler-Bulloch Counties
The surveys consisted of a surface inspection of each area to be affected as well as subsurface testing where appropriate. No significant archaeological remains were located. Therefore, the above projects will have no effect on any archaeological site on or eligible to the NRHP.
