Abstract

Archaeological Assessment of Project PR-133-4(221), Oglethorpe County, grading, draining, and surfacing of CR 133. The entire length of the project is 0.95 mile. The existing right-of-way is 80 feet. No additional right-of-way will be required. Pursuant to the February 2000 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Federal Highway Authority (FHW A), the State Historic Preservation Division of the Department of Natural Resources (SHPO), and the Georgia Department of Transportation, this project is considered an undertaking as defined in 36 CFR 800.16(y), however, it has been determined there is no potential to affect historic properties included in or considered eligible for inclusion in the NRHP.
