The proposed project would replace the narrow and structurally deficient bridge on SR 115 over the Chattahoochee River in White County. The proposed project on SR 115 would begin approximately 300 meters (984 feet} west and end approximately 300 meters (984 feet) east of the existing bridge over the Chattahoochee River. The existing right-of-way on SR 115 is approximately 30.5 meters (100 feet), while the proposed additional required right - of- way will be a maximum of approximately 46 meters (150 feet) . An archaeological survey consistent with the proposed rights- of-way was conducted for the entire .48 kilometer (.30 mile) project corridor.
