Abstract

This project proposes to replace the existing pavement along SR 6, starting at SR 5/US 78 in Douglas

County and ending at SR 176 in Cobb County. The existing 4 ' paved shoulders will be widened to 6.5'. This construction will not extend the current slope limits. All work will take place within the existing right-of-way; no new right-of-way will be required. Total project length is approximately 5.5 miles.
