Archeological Assessment of a Wilcox County Resurfacing Project. This proposed project would improve SR 233 beginning at MP 9.30 and ending at MP 17.90. This project would resurface the entire roadway. Earth shoulders are to be reconstructed from a maximum distance of 4' from the edge of new pavement for the purpose of providing a smooth grade transition. All work will take place within the existing right-of-way, with no new right-of-way required. Total project length is 8.81 miles.
