Archeological Assessment of a Dougherty County Resurfacing Project. This project proposes to improve SR 91 beginning at the Baker/Dougherty County Line and ending at M.P. 12.22. This project would construct and pave 2-4' of the existing shoulders left and right, followed by resurfacing. Rumble strips would be indented on 4' paved shoulders. Earth shoulders are to be reconstructed 4' from the edge of new pavement. All work will take place within the existing right-of-way, no new right-of-way is required. Total project length is 12.22 miles.
