Abstract

Archeological Assessment of District 4 Resurfacing Projects. Below is a list of three resurfacing projects proposed to take place in District 4. All work will take place within the existing right-of-way with no new right-of-way required.

1. CSNHS-M003-00(548), P.I. M003548 - Atkinson County - milling, inlay, overlay, shoulder building and permanent pavement markings on SR 520 beginning at SR 135 and ending at CR 212 - project length is approximately 9.59 miles.

2. CSNHS-M003-00(549), P.I. M003549 - Tift County - leveling, resurfacing, permanent pavement markings, and shoulder building on SR 520 (eastbound lanes only) beginning at CR 158 and ending at Railroad Circle - project length is approximately 5.2 miles.

3. CSSTP-M003-00(550), P.I. M003550 - Worth County - milling and inlay of bridge approaches, overlay, shoulder building, and permanent pavement markings on SR 33 beginning at SR 32 and ending at the bridge over Swift Creek – project length is approximately 8.35 miles.
