This is a bridge project, IR-285-1(288), located in Clayton County. The bridge is on Conley Road and crosses a stream on I-285. The existing bridge is a 235 feet long and 28 feet wide structure. It consists of steel wide flange beams with span configurations of 37 feet. The existing ROW is 110 feet to 425 feet. The proposed project begins 150 feet west of the bridge and ends approximately 150 feet east of the bridge. The project will widen the existing bridge to four 12 foot lanes with a 4 foot median. The bridge will be raised 1.5 feet.
