Environmental Corporation of America (ECA) has completed Section 106 Review Documentation, FCC Form 621, for our client, Crown Castle USA Inc., concerning the proposed modification of antennas on an existing 265-foot tall overall height self-supporting lattice telecommunications structure. Associated support equipment would be placed on a proposed concrete pad within the existing graveled fenced compound. The proposed undertaking is located at approximately N33° 39' I 8.5'' W82° 36' 25.9" (UTM 17, 350974E, 3725078N). Because the undertaking involves no new ground disturbance outside the existing leased area, the APE for direct effects is limited to the proposed I 0-foot by 12-foot (3 by 4 meter) concrete pad within the existing leased area. As a result, we believe the proposed undertaking would have no effect on any archaeological resources eligible for listing on the NRHP. Therefore, we recommend a finding of ''No Effect" for the proposed undertaking as it relates to archaeology. We request your concurrence with our finding.
