Archaeological Assessment of a DeKalb County Railroad Grade Crossing Improvement Project. The proposed project would improve the existing railroad grade crossing in DeKalb County, Georgia by including the installation of train activated warning devices and gates at the following intersection: CR 142/Henrico Road@ the Norfolk Southern. All work will take place within the existing right-of-way; no new right-of-way or easements will be required.
