Environmental Corporation of America's (ECA) client, Southern Wireless Telecom, LLC is proposing to lease a JOO-foot by 100-foot (JO-meter by JO-meter) lease area for the construction of a telecommunications facility as described in the following FCC Form 620, New Tower (NT) Submission Packet. ECA understands that Southern Wireless Telecom, LLC plans to construct a 255-foot (265 overall height) self-supporting lattice telecommunications structure and associated ground level equipment. The facility would be accessible by a proposed approximate I, l 00-foot long by 30-foot wide (335-meter by 9-meter) access/utility easement.
