This is a bridge project, BRF-062-1(15), located in Johnson County. The bridge is on SR 57 and crosses Cypress Creek and the overflow portion. The existing structures are 25.8 feet wide by 80 feet long and 25.8 feet wide by 60 feet long respectively. The structures are timber, concrete, and steel structures. The existing right-of-way is 100 feet at both sites. The proposed project begins 450 feet west of Cypress Creek and ends 550 feet east of the overflow. The new structures are 24 in of CD at Cypress Creek and a triple 9 foot by 8 foot culvert at the Cypress Creek overflow. Temporary detour easements will be required.
