This is a bridge project, BRO-0005(1), located in District Five in Bacon County. Georgia DOT Project # BRO-0005(1) is an in-place bridge replacement project at Fishing Creek at County Road located ½ mile east of Antioch Church in Bacon County. Because the project is in place, no new areas will be impacted. Only those areas which have been disturbed by previous bridge construction will be affected. For this reason, no archaeological field inspection is necessary and the archaeological resources of the state will not be affected.
