Abstract

Archeological Assessment of a Camden County Resurfacing Project. This project proposes to resurface the existing two lanes of SR 40 beginning 0.72 of a mile south of Mush Bluff Road and ending at the gate to the Crooked River State Park. All work will take place within the existing right-of-way with no new right-of-way required. Total project length is approximately 1.62 miles. This is a state-funded maintenance project to resurface the existing two lanes of State Route (SR) 40 in an area near St. Mary's, Georgia. The project begins 0.72 mile south of Mush Bluff Road and ends at the gate of Crooked River State Park. Total project length will be approximately 1.62 miles. All work will be done within existing ROW.
