The project proposes to replace Bridge # 077-0020-0 on State Road (SR) 54 over Shoal Creek in Coweta County, located 4.4 miles north of Turin, Georgia and about .64 miles south of Immanuel Bible College (Figure 1). The existing bridge carries 2 lanes and measures 180 feet in length and 32.3 feet in width. It was originally constructed in 1947 and is a T Beam type with reinforced concrete and standard concrete railings. Existing right-of-way (ROW) is 120 feet. The project's proposed ROW is currently unknown.
