Abstract

Proposed reconstruction of the existing Hutchison Island Interchange loop ramps at US 17/SR 404 Spur in Savannah and provide a new location roadway (Savannah Harbor Parkway) from the interchange to the proposed development areas on Hutchinson Island. Savannah Harbor Parkway will be a four-lane roadway with a 24’ raised grass median and urban shoulders.
