Project BRS 2796 (1) Troup County has two sites. Site 1 is Flat Creek crossing State Route 14 south of Hogansville, Georgia. Site 2 is Yellow Jacket Creek crossing State Route 14 north of Hogansville, Georgia. The proposed project will replace the bridges at these sites. Site 1 - Flat Creek - Discharge approximately 5200 cubic yards of fill material below the 100-year flood plain to construct detour approaches and widen the existing approaches to new bridge. Permanent displacement approximately 0.5 acre. Site 2 - Yellow Jacket Creek - Discharge approximately 18,200 cubic yards of fill material below the 100-year floodplain to construct detour approaches and widen existing approaches to new bridge. Permanent displacement approximately 0.5 acre.
