The activity will consist of constructing on new alignment the approaches to and bridge (24' x 520') over Brier Creek crossing county road 140 feet east of Hiltonia, Georgia. Approximately 4500 cubic yards of fill will be placed below the 100-year flood elevation covering approximately 0,63 acres of wetland. The material for the fill will be obtained from borrow pits within the vicinity of the project. The existing wooden bridge (15' x 154') will be removed.
