Abstract

An intensive archeological survey was conducted at the proposed Spruill Road Substation and associated transmission line right-of-way in northern Fulton County, Georgia. Surface reconnaissance and subsurface testing demonstrated that all of the five acre tract and the transmission line right-of-way has been badly disturbed and eroded, and that no sites were present. Construction of the substation will not affect any cultural resources and should be allowed to proceed.
