Environmental Corporation of America’s (ECA) client, Southern Communications Services, d/b/a Southern Linc Wireless c/o Value Concepts, Inc., is proposing to construct a telecommunications facility as described in the following FCC Form 620, New Tower (NT) Submission Packet. The facility would consist of a 100-foot by 100-foot (30-meter by 30-meter) lease area surrounding a 320-foot tall (overall height) guyed-type telecommunications structure and associated ground-level support equipment. The facility would include three (3) 50-foot (15 meter) wide guy wire easements between 152-feet (46 meter) and 160-feet (48 meter) in length. The facility would be accessible by a proposed approximate 2,090-foot long by 40-foot wide (637-meter by 12-meter) access/utility easement.
