Environmental Corporation of America’s (ECA) client, Southern Communications Services, d/b/a Southern Linc c/o Value Concepts, Inc., is proposing to lease a 100-foot by 100-foot (30- meter by 30-meter) lease area for the construction of a telecommunications facility as described in the following FCC Form 620, New Tower (NT) Submission Packet. ECA understands that Value Concepts, Inc. plans to construct a 293-foot (overall height) self-supporting telecommunications structure and associated ground level equipment within the proposed lease area. The facility would be accessible by a proposed approximate 230-foot long by 40-foot wide (70-meter by 12-meter) access/utility easement.
