Environmental Corporation of America (ECA) has completed Section 106 Review Documentation, FCC Form 620, for our client, SBA Towers, LLC, concerning the proposed construction of a wireless telecommunications facility planned to be located at 1727 Dean Forest Road, Chatham County, Georgia. ECA's report assesses a federal undertaking at the subject site where SBA Towers, LLC, proposes to construct a monopole wireless telecommunications facility. The proposed telecommunications structure would be located in a grass-covered area adjacent to the gravel lot of a trucking maintenance facility. The proposed facility would be accessible from the west side of Dean Forest Road via an asphalt entry-way and then a gravel lot. The ground surface of the proposed telecommunications facility and the existing access has been graded and disturbed.
