Abstract

The proposed project concept for NH-0001-00 (297) consists of the construction of a new multimodal roadway for Northside Drive (US 41/SR 3) to the Atlantic Station development. Improvements include a bridge over the Norfolk-Southern Railroad and intersection improvements/realignment at US 41/SR 3/Northside Drive and Bishop Street/17th Street.
