Abstract

Archeological Assessment of a Lumpkin County Resurfacing Project. This project consists of the milling, overlay, permanent markings, and 3' shoulder building, of SR 9 from M.P. 14.59 to M.P. 24.59. All work will take place within the existing right-of-way with no new right-of-way required. Total project length is approximately I 0.00 miles. The proposed maintenance project for CSSTP-M003-00(440) in Lumpkin County would include the milling and overlay with permanent markings of S.R. 9 from S.R. 60 Bus north of Dahlonega to S.R. 11 (10.005 miles) (MP14.59 to MP 24.59). This project would also include the construction of 3-ft rural shoulders. All work would be completed within existing right-of-way. This project is twinned with CSSTP-M003-00(440) in Lumpkin County.
