Survey of Proposed Parking Lot at the Riding Stables of Franklin D. Roosevelt State Park, Harris County, Georgia

The survey of the proposed parking lot at Roosevelt State Park resulted in the minimal documentation of four archaeological sites. Their origin and significance cannot be evaluated with the present data. Therefore, it is recommended that a program of testing, mapping and monitoring of the sites be developed in cooperation with the Design Assistance Section if the sites cannot be avoided.
