On May 7, 1981, Robert S. Webb of Cultural Resource Services, Inc. conducted a 100 percent coverage cultural resource assessment for proposed water system improvements in and near Senoia, Coweta County, Georgia Properties surveyed included an elevated tank site south of Andrews Parkway and a 6.9 hectare water treatment plant site (including 3.2 hectares of Hutchins Lake) west of Rockaway Road. Surface inspection and subsurface shovel testing techniques revealed no cultural resources at these two location sites. Cultural Resource Services, Inc. therefore recommends full cultural clearance for these project properties.
