Abstract

The survey of these roads on the southwestern side of Taylor Ridge found no sites on the rights-of-way, but two19th-20th Century house sites were nearby. Neither one had standing structures. The Harvey Dodd house site appeared to be a coherent post-Civil War homestead, which will be protected for further investigation to determine significance. The other has been too severely disturbed to warrant further investigation.
