A cultural resources survey was conducted of a proposed transmission line right-of-way in the community of Phelps in Whitfield County, Georgia. No archaeological sites were encountered during the course of this survey. No structures or properties eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places were encountered. Photographs of all structures potentially impacted, visually or otherwise, by the transmission line construction are included as Appendix A to this report.
