Abstract

A multi-use trail is to be constructed along the west side of this portion of Rogers Bridge Road, between Bell Road and the Chattahoochee River. The existing right-of-way on Rogers Bridge Road is 30 feet. The 12-foot wide trail would be constructed along the centerline of the unpaved portion of Rogers Bridge Road, and west of the paved portion. An emergency cul-de-sac/turn-around would be constructed on the west side of Rogers Bridge Road, beginning approximately 175 feet north of the Chattahoochee River. The cul-de-sac would require approximately 0.3 acres of additional right-of-way.
