Abstract

Project Changes: the proposed improvements to the intersection have not changed since the previous survey was conducted; however, the total area of required right-of-way necessary to implement the proposed project has been more accurately defined. Previously, the total area of proposed right-of-way was 0.73 acres. Currently, the total area of proposed right-of-way is 1.86 acres. Previously, the areas within the proposed cut and fill limits were surveyed because the proposed right-of-way limits had not been defined. The right-of-way limits have now been defined, and extend approximately 10 to 20 feet beyond the previously surveyed cut and fill limits, along all legs of the intersection. The difference between the cut and fill limits and the proposed right-of-way limits is the new area that was surveyed in June 2004 and totals approximately 1.13 acres. In addition, minor adjustments to the project limits along SR 81 and Tom/Claude Brewer Road have been made. Previously, the total project length along Tom/Claude Brewer Road was 1,135 feet (0.21 mile). Currently, the total project length would be 1,304 feet (0.25 mile). Previously, the total project length along SR 81 was 1,411 feet (0.27 mile). Currently, the total project length would be 1,500 feet (0.28 mile).
