Abstract

Project Description 2001: 100 feet on both sides of existing bridge and Old Harris Road. Existing ROW is 50 feet and ROW is an additional 25 feet on both sides for a total of 100 feet. It extends 1,200 feet on either side of the bridge. 2004: ROW extended to 120 feet along Old Harris Road (this area covered by 2001 survey). Plus 220 feet along Commerce Drive-40 feet on the north side and 20 feet on the south side.
