Abstract

As the result of recent design changes, the proposed project would begin approximately 1,315 feet west of Cobb Creek and end approximately 1,361 feet east of Cobb Creek, for a total project length of approximately 2,675 feet (0.50 mile). The proposed right-of-way would vary between 180 feet along the roadway and 220 feet at the bridge. An area south of the existing bridge was previously proposed as permanent construction easement. Now this area is proposed as right-of-way acquisition. Approximately 5.22 acres of additional right-of-way would be acquired for the proposed project. In addition, a minor amount of right-of-way is proposed on both sides of CR 324 to accommodate the tie-in to SR 147. Lastly, the previous surveys did not identify an historic barn that exists north of SR 147, and approximately 1,150 feet east of Cobb Creek.
