Abstract

This project proposes the construction of a pedestrian underpass beneath the CSX Railroad main line in the City of Kennesaw. The facility will consist of an 80-foot long, 16-foot wide arch-box pedestrian underpass situated about 430 feet south of the at grade railroad crossing of the CSX main line with Cherokee Street. Also included are 190 feet of concrete sidewalk, retaining wall bollards, and landscaping improvements.
