Abstract

The Concept Report originally showed the project length to be 0.46 mile. The new plans show the project length to be 0.99 mile. Total project length has increased by approximately 0.53 mile: an increase of 0.25 mile on SR 5 and an increase of 0.28 mile on SR 166. There is new right-of-way along the north and south side of SR 166, east of the intersection of SR 166 and SR 5. The right-of-way at the northwest intersection is no longer required. New easements for construction of driveways would be required: at the northeast corner, at the southwest corner, along the east side of SR 5, south of the intersection, and d. on the north side of SR 166, west of the intersection.
