Abstract

This project proposes to upgrade all traffic signal equipment (signal heads, controllers, ped heads, ramps, loops, etc.) and communication equipment at 33 intersections along SR 140/SR 9/Holcomb Bridge Road/Crossville Road from River Exchange to Steeple Run/Wildwood Road. All work will take place within the existing right-of-way, no new right-of-way will be required. Total project length is 14.5 miles.
