The proposed project would consist of safety improvements to nine intersections located on Austell Road/S.R. 5, from Clay Road extending north to Sandtown/Olive Spring Road, all in Cobb County, Georgia (see attached Figures 1A and 1B). Intersections to be improved include Clay Road (1), Hospital South Drive (2), Hurt Road (3), Floyd Road (4), Milford Church Road (5), Callaway Road (6), Hicks Road (7), Windy Hill Road (8) and Sandtown Road/Olive Spring Road (9).
