Original Description: the proposed bridge would be constructed on the existing roadway alignment and would be approximately 120 feet long and 44 feet wide. The new bridge would accommodate two 12-foot travel lanes and two 10-foot shoulders. The profile of the bridge would be raised to provide additional vertical clearance for the path underneath. The proposed roadway approaches would consist of two 12-foot travel lanes with two 10-foot shoulders (2 feet paved, 8 feet grassed). The proposed right-of-way would vary from 95 to 150 feet. During construction, traffic would be maintained on the existing bridge. A temporary signal would be used to alternate lane use between north and southbound traffic. The proposed speed limit would be 45 mph.
