Archeological Survey of project STP-0004-00(732), Columbia County This project proposes to symmetrically widen all approaches of SR 47 and SR 223 up to their intersection. This widening will provide for left turn lanes, with an additional 12' provided for auxiliary right turn lanes, at all of the approaches to the intersection. Existing right-of-way on SR 47 and SR 223 is approximately 100' and 80' respectively. Approximately 30' to 50' of additional right-of-way will be required on SR 223 and SR 47 respectively. Total project length is approximately 0.52 mile.
