Phase I archeological survey of 34.23 miles (55.1 km) of existing two-lane highway (State Route 133) from northwest of Valdosta to the outskirts of Moultrie, in Brooks and Colquitt Counties. Both sides of the existing highway were surveyed for the entire project length, although in places no new right-of-way was needed on one side and only the existing right-of-way was surveyed. The survey resulted in the discovery and recording of 42 sites and 5 artifacts occurrences.
