Abstract

Project consists of improving the intersection of Washington Road (SR 104) and Halali Road by widening Washington Road 6 ft on the north side and 18 ft on the south side to provide an extra lane and turn lanes. Halali Road will be widened 12 ft on the west side to provide an extra lane. Project includes installation of a traffic signal.
