The project consisted of a Phase I intensive archaeological survey of approximately 1,000 feet of new alignment extending Ridgeway Road from the existing northern end of Ridgeway Road to West Lawrenceville Street, and the survey also covered approximately 1,100 feet of new alignment for the Hospital Connector from West Lawrenceville Street to Abbott's Bridge Road (SR 120). Both corridors were investigated with a single transect containing shovel test pit locations investigated at a 30 meter (100 feet) interval.
