Abstract

The proposed project has been changed in the following ways: At the I-75 Interchange with CR 410/Brighton Road, a driveway has been added for access to the University of Georgia Veterinary Testing and Diagnostics Laboratory. The existing driveway is located on CR 410/Brighton Road; this location could not be maintained because of vertical changes to CR 410/Brighton Road. The driveway would be relocated to provide access from SR 7/US 41. The proposed driveway would be approximately 1,900 feet long and approximately 24 feet wide. At the I-75 Interchange with CR 11/Willis Still Road, the project previously proposed to end Academy Road as a cul-de-sac adjacent to the I-75 southbound entrance ramp. Due to public feedback, an alternative is under consideration to connect Academy Road to CR 11/Willis Still Road west of the proposed I-75 southbound entrance ramp. The new Academy Road location would be approximately 1250 feet long and 125 feet wide. The APE for the project includes everything within the proposed construction project length and within the maximum extent of the required right-of-way as described above.
