The proposed project consists of the widening of 15 cross streets and construction of three cul-de-sacs associated with the widening of US 27 between Auburn and Whitesville Streets. The project also involves approximately 1000 feet of new alignment extending from Fannin Street across to Union Street to include widening on Brookside Terrace. The survey area covered approximately 7,900 feet of corridor and proposed cul-de-sacs (Figures 1 and 2).
