The project has a total length of 1200 feet. Area of Potential Effect: The replacement project is limited to the ROW on either side of Luther Bailey Road at Double Branch Creek, extending approximately 600 feet (200 meters) to the northeast and to the southwest, and 55 feet on either side of the road. The project has a total length of 1200 feet, and width of 110 feet.
